Refund policy
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, in its original sealed packaging, and in the same condition you received it. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
To start a return, please log in to your account to start a return request. Returns that haven’t been approved in advance will not be accepted.
Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package back. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
We’re unable to accept returns on:
- Opened or used items
- Items damaged after delivery
- Sale items or gift cards
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item, the quickest way is to place a new order and return the original item following our return process.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process and post refunds. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, or if you have any questions about our return policy, please contact us.
