Processing Time
Orders are carefully packaged and shipped within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.
Shipping Options & Rates
We offer the following shipping options at checkout:
- USPS Ground Advantage: Estimated delivery within 2-5 business days
- USPS Priority Mail: Estimated delivery within 1–3 business days
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.
Shipping Locations
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We hope to expand our shipping options in the future!
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Once your order leaves our hands, it’s in the care of the shipping carrier. If your package is lost or delayed, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking information. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery, and we’ll be happy to assist.
Address Changes & Order Adjustments
